Wow, truly amazing service and knowledge!! We recently bought a house with a pool and I didn’t know how to use the equipment or how to maintain the pool. Colin was not only kind and patient with my many questions, but extremely helpful with step by step instruction and also helped me understand the pool in different seasons, what to expect and when and how to make the best use of our pool! Thank you Colin and Tidal Pools! Also the booking of the appointment was very streamlined from the phone call to the appointment scheduling. He was also punctual in our meeting time. Definitely use Tidal Pools!!

Tidal Pools provided Excellent Customer Service and prompt action to my Heater problem. Colin responded in less than 24hrs and gave an accurate solution to my heater issue and got the heater working quickly.

After 45 years of owning our house we finally decided to put in a pool. Two thumbs up for Tidal Pools from my wife and me! Details: We talked to 6 pool builders before starting, uncharacteristic for us, but glad we did. Tidal Pools was our choice. The whole process was great. Finished on schedule - check. Listened to us and let us build the pool we wanted, not one they wanted - check. Worked extra on accommodating a hot tub/spa that was separate from pool - check. Helped us build the size pool we wanted (a little larger than most) - check. Answered every call/question immediately both during construction and after completion - check. And to top it off, they are genuinely nice people who clearly know how to run a business. You won’t go wrong with them.

Tital pools did a terrific job building our pool. All of their commitments were fulfilled. Very professional and very trustworthy. We now use them for our pool maintenance and are extremely satisfied with the service and the personnel doing the work. Highly recommend them for your pool and maintenance.
