Tidal Restoration

Where do I start... First let me say that I was terrified at the thought of hiring any Florida contractors to take care of the flood damage to my condo, because most of them do not have a good reputation, but after hiring Tidal Restoration, I now have faith that there are amazing contractors here in Florida! Rhett, the owner of the company was AMAZING! He always answered his phone or called me right back. He answered all of my questions and concerns, he advised me every step of the way, from dealing with my insurance company to everything else. He made a very stressful time less stressful for me. His crew was professional and neat, and even though I was out of State during the remediation process, I knew that I was in good hands. I put my full trust in Tidal Restoration and in Rhett,

Rhett was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would, was easy to communicate with, and clearly knows his stuff. When you’re dealing with issues in your home it can be stressful, but he made the whole process a lot easier and walked me through what was going on. The work was done well and everything felt very straightforward. I really appreciated how professional and genuine he was and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Tidal is the best at what they do. Dave, Rhett the whole crew are responsive, punctual and concise. A very professional operation in a world lacking reliability. And the gentleman aren’t bad to look at either;)

Called these guys up after my washing machine dumped water all over the floor. Rhett was over two hours after I called, pretty incredible customer service on the holiday weekend. He let me know what I was looking at with the water damage and what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend.
