From start to finish We had an excellent experience. I have a toddler and a new baby so Antonio and his team were fast and efficient. Everything with the installation process and the app to use the lights was explained and all my questions answered. Everyone I dealt with at this company was friendly. I also was able to get my gutters cleaned and an outlet in the front of my house installed! It has been really fun getting to know the different settings I can use my lights app for. My son is loving the current halloween lights!

Tidewater Property Preservation did an awesome job of cleaning my house, deck, and roof. Before there were much green material growing on the siding and especially the roof. It was nice and clean after they finished.

My roof on the shady side was very discolored with mildew, mold, etc. It was significantly better after the first application, but still discolored and quite streaky. I called them and they came right back out and did another application. After this, the discoloration was all gone, and the shingles looked uniformly great. I should add that this is 21 year-old asphalt shingle roof.

Steve and Brandon were excellent - very professional, thorough, hardworking, personable, and communicated very well about project. Ramone gave me the estimate and explained the options for the project. Price was very fair for all the work. I elected to go with the full project from the roof, soffits, exterior brick, walkways, driveway, porch, deck, mailbox and pool deck. The quality of the work was outstanding! Highly recommend - Ramone was right - they knocked our socks off!

The entire staff is professional, timely, and superb, also competitively priced. Gary and Zack did such an amazing job cleaning the siding and windows, I almost didnt"t recognize my house! They cleaned it so well, I could see all the imperfections that the dust, mold and grass covered. Furthermore, I have a one year warranty for such a great price, AMAZING!
