Tidy Bins

The men who run this company are complete trash. They don’t always come out, and still charge you. I tried to give them grace a few months ago and reached out because there had been a holiday. I was assured they would be out in a few days. They were not. When I reached out about it they told me they had come and my trash cans weren’t out. Lies. When j brought up my ring footage, they immediately were like “well add on a clean”. Not a free clean, I would just get that 12th clean I paid for after. No apology. No nothing. They acted like it was a kindness they were still giving me a 12 clean “at no extra cost” Then today. I get no message or anything they have cleaned. They just came out today for a one time cleaning. It wont let me give half stars but I would say 4 1/2 my only one small complaint is after cleaning i wish they would have mopped the inside to remove some of the black stuff. It was still wet so I used a rag. It was way cleaner so I felt okay cleaning it. Not complaining overall still very happy. They were super nasty. So its definitely a plus.

This company is efficient in their bin cleaning service! Tidy Bins came out, cleaned our bin where it was sparkling clean and smelling so fresh! The best part, they did it so quickly, we didn’t even know that they were there ! I highly recommend this company! Have your bins cleaned, keep your environment hygienic!
