Tidy Vent

I was having to run my dryer 2-3 times to get a load dry. It's an older dryer, So I was on the fence about purchasing a new one. I decided to call tidy vent to come and check out the piping for my current dryer before splurging and buying a new one. Once he put his camera up the piping, he immediately noticed how clogged it was. He also noticed that when the home was built, there was no exit exhaust for the dryer unit! Him and his apprentice took the time to try to locate the exhaust vent, walking around the entire house, and even climbing on the roof! Eventually, as a last ditch effort, they decided to check the attic. Apparently when they built my house, they vented the dryer directly into my attic! With absolutely no exhaust to the outside! Set an appointment within a couple of days of my initial request, actually arrived a little bit earlier than scheduled, with my consent, expedited the service very quickly, cleaned up afterwards, and sent me videos of my dryer vent for before and after the service. Viewing the before video had me blown away by how much debris that was in the vent. I will never let 3 years lapse again before having this crucial service. I will be doing this annually with Tidy Vent!!

John was fabulous. He scoped out the entire 21 year old dryer duct and showed me how clogged it was. After cleaning he scoped it again and I could see that the duct was totally clear. Seeing is believing!
