Tier 1 Moving & Storage

Marcus and Joe moved me from Huntsville to San Antonio… and I cannot recommend them highly enough. There was excellent communication, a great price, and superior customer service. When I say these guys went above and beyond, I mean it. No hidden fees, no bs price changes, no problems at all. This is my first move ever (and I’ve moved over 10 times in 30 years) where not one single thing was damaged. None. Not even a box corner smashed. The care these guys put into their work is amazing. I’m truly glad to have met them and used Tier1.

Experienced, professional and same day! The Tier 1 team did an amazing job navigating a cumbersome heavy item downstairs managing tight turns without so much as touching the walls. Super pleased and will call on them again and recommend them to friends!!

I hired Tier 1 to book a local move out of my apartment into a storage unit. The movers arrived on time, were friendly, and made sure to take great care of my belongings. Best of all, no surprise fees at the end!

Tier 1 moving did a great job moving us from a storage unit to the 2nd floor. They did it about 2 hours faster with 1 less man than the movers who moved it into the storage did. They were very professional and worked the entire time. I was very impressed.

Let me start by saying thank you Tier 1 movers. Our original move was to happen at 9 am on August 1st, we had already had a moving company reserved. When the original company came to the house they walked thru and said some stuff was incomplete(which was untrue) and the move would take 8 hrs. We as the customers knew that time was too long as we have used this company twice before and it has never taken us 8 hours to move. Never! Plus we have downsized, so because we didn't agree with time they left. So my husband and I called around to see if could get a same day move and Tier 1 answered the call.
