Tier One Landscape

I used Tier One for a full landscape redo when I moved to my house. It was a big job with plenty of excavating, boulder walls, a waterfall, irrigation, lots of new plants, and a paver patio. They provided a good initial plan and we were able to make positive changes to the plan after a few unforeseen issues came up during construction.

This company goes above and beyond when clearing snow for my town home. The paths to the door are fully cleared, not just a small walkway. The driveways always have room for two cars to fit. And more importantly, the individuals are courteous and friendly. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend them.

Damon and his team did a great job on our boulder walls and landscaping to support the pool we had going in. They met a tight timeline while installing over 125’ in walls, drainage, and stairs. They consistently showed up and delivered the product we asked for and more. Even over a year later Damon still checks in on us to ensure we are happy with the end product. I would absolutely use them again for future work. Reasonable, honest, and a good work product!

Poor quality and attention to detail including snow removal and lawn care. We have complained to the community manager and it seems they skip doing or completing work around this townhouse in particular, even more so since we complained. Last winter they left private gates open after shoveling the walks, and several people had their dogs running loose on the streets. They left our gate open early one morning when half shoveling our sidewalk. Someone urinated on our front step, and welcome mat, that morning. Some of the guys are obviously disrespectful. Today, and last week, they parked one of their trucks next to our fence with numerouse fallen branches laying there. We have expected them to pick up the branches as they have everywhere else. My management company is first service residential. I live in the Evermoor condominiums. It took this company 9 hours to plow the neighborhood area. I could have bought a regular sized snowblower from ace hardware and got the job done in half the time. You bring a small bob cat around. This job should not take 9 hours. Absolutely ridiculous.
