I had an excellent experience with Tiger Construction for my basement water repair issue. From the very first phone call to schedule a consultation through the final completion of the work, their team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. After noticing water seeping into our basement, we knew we needed help quickly. We contacted two other basement waterproofing companies, but Tiger Construction stood out immediately. They were the only company that responded promptly, took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, and followed through by scheduling and completing the repair in a timely manner. That level of reliability made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Water intrusion in your home is never a pleasant experience, but Rose and David truly made the process smooth

I've worked with many different contracting companies for different home improvement projects since moving to the Richmond area. Tiger C is absolutely one of the best companies I have worked with. They are everything that someone can eagerly support in a local business--extremely competent, timely, reasonably priced, flexible, and they have an ear to listen to what I have needed in my projects and address just those issues and never try to upsell me on other things that I could "fix". I am extremely happy with the end product and I will continue to trust them for any foundation, masonry, or drainage issues in the future. They also know historic homes well and I trust them to take care of my 1890 Victorian as much as any other company in Richmond. I highly recommend them.

Tiger C Construction helped us resolve an inspection issue during the sale of our home. They were able to schedule us on short notice and did excellent work repairing our crawl space vapor barrier and attic insulation. They were very pleasant to deal with and professional throughout. The Tiger Construction team was excellent to work with for our crawlspace encapsulation project. Rose was especially timely with all communication and updates about the job, and was accommodating of our personal schedules when scheduling the necessary inspections with the county. The crew was very professional and kept the work area very clean each day. We were happily surprised when Tiger reached out to offer us an earlier installation date when we were originally scheduled for several weeks out. Definitely recommend!

Had a great all around experience working with Tiger C and would certainly recommend or use them again. We used them to encapsulate a 715 sqft crawlspace in our >100 year old home. The sales process was less transactional and more personal, which we liked. The quote was reasonable. Communication and scheduling was great. On install day, the team was prompt, professional, hardworking, and respectful of our home. We are very pleased with the our experience and the finished product.
