He took the time to walk us through the entire home in detail, explaining what he was seeing, why it mattered, and what we should keep an eye on both now and in the future. I had a home inspection done for a new unit I am about to move in to. My brother has used this company twice and recommended them to me. Michael Healy met me at the building, arrived early, and was very friendly and knew what he was doing! He has been doing home inspections for 30 years and was a contractor prior. He talked through everything with me, and I have a LOT to learn about homeownership so that was very helpful. He was also very thorough and took lots of photos. We checked out the roof/roof penetrations and HVAC, electrical room, boiler room, electric sub panel, washer and dryer, oven hookup, HVAC from inside the unit, and tested all the bathroom amenities. Our inspector, Nico, was a pleasure to work with on the inspection of the home we intend to purchase. He was thorough and made sure to point out features of the home we should know about in real time.
