BUYER BEWARE at least on Aquariums Poor quality, poor customer service, manipulates reviews on ebay & amazon (demands customer changes their honest negative review. Incorrect dimensions / volume - item description (They refused to change it at time of purchase, often ignoring emails, occasionally offered fish food rather than either replacing with correct item & updating their adverts or refunding). I gave up and used it but now regret that as it broke within 6months, poor quality. They do not stand to their return / refund policy and 1yr warranty on fish tanks. Mine cracked after 6months of use, spilt fish water over floor and I lost $400 worth of fish. Poor customer service, will go in circles. Have been back n forth emailing for over two weeks and still have not received a refund. U
