Tiger Tank Pumping

Two months later, Update on my original review: I contacted them again, after hours for another troubleshoot. Great communication and they were on site the next day. Michael was able to quickly pinpoint a simple fix and a very reasonable cost, validating my choice to stick with them and refer business. Huge shout out to Tiger Tank pumping. After a long, expensive ordeal with another (popular)company I won't mention, I opted to call Tiger. They were quick to respond to my after hours e-mail and on site early the next day. On top of being efficient and knowledgable, I had a septic situation they could have taken financial advantage of and they did not. They definitely have my business going forward.

I had a septic emergency and tiger tank came through in the clutch. once it became obvious my septic had failed completely, they worked double time to get me back into flushing my pooper. They were courteous and professional and I felt like they really cared that we had an unusable septic system and therefore couldn't stay in our house. They had a completely new system installed in record time and for that I am grateful. As long as I live here, tiger tank is who I'll be using for all my septic maintenance and pumping.

These guys are very thorough and even troubleshoot my main problem.. leaky brand new toilet! Went above and beyond over the last company I used for years. I would highly recommend Tiger Pumping to everyone!!

Tiger Tank Pumping did a thorough completion of our yearly septic inspection. The technician (Matthew) was courteous and answered all my questions. We've used Tiger Tank Pumping numerous times in the last few years and will gladly continue recommending them to others.

First appointment they cancelled. Second appointment inspection was done (very nice inspector), but he did not bring the material for the riser. He said he would probably come back later that day but would call either way. Never showed up and never called. Came the next week for our 2nd scheduled appointment. We thought we were getting one riser installed (for $350) but 2 were installed, and to our surprise we were charged $760. I had also asked for an estimate for a washout that was not provided. Won't use again.
