We had our condo carpeted. 3 rooms and a staircase. The quality and service was outstanding. It's not easy finding a company that has integrity, shows up when they say they will, and cares about the service and products they provide. From our sales experience with Ty to our installation with Donnie and crew we were 100% satisfied. We would use them again and would highly recommend.

Update: Called to speak to owner again to follow up. Left message and phone number. Another week and no response. Update: Went in person once again to speak with them as to the issues and defective tile sold to me. Owner said he was going to reach out to the supplier and others about the issue and would call me back in a couple days. 8 days later not a single call or response. Update: I had previously told this place of issues with the tile multiple times with them simply handing me off to the supplier who has been limited in resolving the issue. Not really sure what they want to resolve now themselves after the multiple prior attempts. I purchased over 2000sqft of tile here. When I met Ty, who had just finished with his clients, his willingness to help as I looked confused made a lasting impression. this company is no joke, I had a pretty difficult installation in a mezzanine I installed in my garage. This company came in on time. Estimated the job with a very fair price, and a good quality, Carpet. The install crew came a few weeks later, and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company. And communication with Samantha who works there was wonderful.

I had Tile and Carpet World install carpet in our three bedrooms and from the very helpful sales staff to the installers, it was a great experience. The sales staff were amazingly helpful in explaining all of our options from the padding to the carpet making sure we knew our options. The installers were very polite friendly and professional constant workers. We are thoroughly pleased with our whole experience. We highly recommend Tile and Carpet World. Two thumbs up 👍👍
