Tile Concepts of Lee County

This review comes a year after service was done. I had my shower retiled. The estimate was high but when I asked Dale about it, he said it was the going rate and said the work is guaranteed. When the installer was done, 3 days later the grout was turning to dust and falling out of the corners . I called Dale and the installer said he forgot caulk the seams, so he came back to finish. After inspecting, there was a cracked tile at eye level and another that had a huge difference of height at a seam. Dale came to look at it and told the installer to fix it. While fixing it, another tile was cracked but not as big as the first one, and the second issue was covered up with more grout, not fixed. Dale never came to check the guys work, which he should have done. It’s not up to me to approve his

Dale and his crew did an amazing job replacing the old tile in our home! They were prompt, professional, and patience with us to meet our needs. My husband and I will be using Tile Concepts for any future tile work in the future.
