I am not sure why but 9.30am in 85 degree weather i was refused entry because it was too hot and the owner was not doing that. I really wanted to look for tile for a big project. How this place stays in business is beyond my understanding. I walked away and he lost my business. I had a bad experience about a year ago which kept me away but now I am gone.

Save your time , energy, and money and go in a different direction! First thing I noticed was the lack of a friendly, energetic greeting. Second thing, it took a while before anyone came to ask if we needed any help. They either didn't care to make a sale or they didn't see us as potential buyers. Yet, I am glad this happened because we ended up taking our businesses elsewhere.

Found tile we liked for hearth and entry. Ordered 2 boxes. Paid. Two boxes delivered. Only one box contained tile that matched the samples on display that we ordered from. Refused to accept second box. Asked for replacement. Tile Express won't exchange second box. No refund either. Odd concept of customer service. We won't be back.
