The team was awesome from start to finish. Great communication, great pricing, clear and transparent scheduling and I knew exactly how the day of install was going to work out. Horrible service. They don’t know how to talk to people. Lady picks up and I explain I need some custom tile work done and she said with a nasty attitude “we aren’t what you think we are, we’re not retail”. I need service not retail. I will never do work with these people!

Installed laminate flooring Floor bucked and warped and popped up in several places.it’s embarrassing to have people over my new home with such poor work! Then i get no return call in weeks and then they are not flexible with repairs They will install but good luck getting them back for repairs Photos don’t show the flooring actually lifted and it’s like walking on a trampoline

What an amazing company to work with!!! Absolute professionals in every aspect. Will update with more pictures of the beautiful master bathroom they are working on for us right now!
