First, the people: Friendly, knowledgeable, NOT pushy, just personable and helpful. They had the products we liked. We were so happy to work with them. They also referred us to an AMAZING installer. Chris Myers of Turtle Tile is so very talented! Chris is the consummate professional. We are completely delighted with every aspect of this project!

Very good customer service. Nina recommended some very pretty tiles for my kitchen backsplash and they had a good selection of prefab quartz countertops to choose from. I was quickly able to pick out a complimentary countertop, backsplash, grout and Schulter with Nina’s help. I had gone to several other places before this where everything was not sold holistically so mixing and matching was very difficult. Would highly recommend.

This store was recommended by our tile contractor and what a great find. Nina was awesome helping us choose the perfect outdoor tile for our small project and they had a fantastic selection. Ordering was super easy, we received them when promised, and our contractor delivered and installed it for us. Nina and Evan were both extremely helpful in the planning process, and helped me find a flooring that fit our style, budget and goals. They kept in touch through the entire project and I was never left wondering what comes next or when my product would be in. They also recommended a carpet installer for our particular pattern; he did an amazing job and was extremely professional! Would highly recommend Carter Unruh for any carpeting needs, but especially anything with a pattern. He also gave post-install care tips specific to our carpet type, which I found really helpful. My family is highly satisfied with the carpet we picked and the installation of it!
