Great tile store to find everything you need for your project. From beautiful floor and wall tile to the latest in wood, vinyl and carpet flooring. Joan and Linda know their products and keep up on the latest and greatest trends. I've been doing business with them for decades now. Check them out. Nice choices! Great prices!
Exceptionally poor service and showroom. No one bothered to even acknowledge us entering the store and upon asking a few quick questions regarding where they had certain tiles it was as if we had interrupted her bookkeeping time. The showroom is tiny and horribly arranged with tiles stacked against moving displays, it's a small landslide waiting to happen. Very disappointed considering all the positive reviews.
We have used Tile Works on our home and other businesses. The prices are great! We've had no problems with orders or returns in the past 15 years that we have been using them!
Very poor and impolite service. We have been to at least 10 different tile places looking for the right tiles and never had such a bad experience.
The customer service was 5 star. Brandon? Did a great job. Unfortunately, we couldn't find what we were looking for.
