Exceptional Customer Service Recently we needed emergency services for an elderly neighbor who sustained structural damage to their home. It was a Saturday afternoon in July. When we phoned the emergency number for Tim O’Connel & Sons, Inc--we reached the owner, Tim O’Connel. The emergency number was his personal cell ! We had never been his customer but he could not have been nicer. He was genuinely concerned about the safety of the homeowners. Although he was enjoying a weekend at the beach with his family, he contacted his employees who provided professional, courteous emergency repair.
