Both Mary and Tim were great. I had a non-urgent sink issue and they got it fixed promptly and were able to answer all my questions.

Thank you guys for the fast response to look at our AC and then installing it sooner than expected, especially since Tim spent Saturday morning and afternoon installing the new system which ended up being a bigger project than it should have been from previous one. It made our day when we got the surprise we could get it so soon! Very much appreciated!!
