I am so happy I found Tim and Sons. First, it is really hard to get same day service with an AC company in this area, every time I called Tim and Sons, I talked directly to Tim and I recieved same day service. Moreover, each time I called he showed a willingness to work around my schedule. He is also very honest and efficient with his work. He was able to diagnose my issue immediately and finding the parts was easy for him, while other companies had a hard time finding the parts. I trust Tim, and I now have a new favorite AC company. He takes the time to show you the issues, and gives tips on maintenance and prevention.

Tim is very nice and cheaper than others. But you get what you pay for. He cut some corners on our HVAC installation that had to be fixed later. He also stopped showing up for biannual maintenance.

My AC died in my condo, called the last company who serviced it, they came over for five minutes, told me I needed to replace the whole unit for 6k I called Tim and Sons for a second opinion, he made himself available that same day came over and fixed it for less then 10% of what I thought I would have to pay. He is a miracle worker, came same day, worked late, and I paid a fraction of what I thought I would have too. He is so honest, I am a senior citizen, and he really showed compassion.

Tim is knowledgeable and was easy to schedule with. He was able to give me an idea of what might be wrong after I texted him some photos. When he came out he confirmed the issue was water condensation. I have an old school residential water chiller air conditioner that a lot of places do not service. Tim services them and does a great job. Another company wanted to replace the whole HVAC. Tim was able to add insulation to fix the problem at a reasonable price.

We got so lucky our neighbor recommended Tim to us. We have been having some issues with our AC Unit and felt uneasy with the quotes we received from FH Furr (Around 11K). Fast forward, Tim is super responsive and able to come take a look at our system same day. We told him some background about what was going on and he prepared us over the phone that we may have to switch out the unit. Once he got there and looked at the unit, he was able to identify it just needed to be flushed and it would start working again. OUR AC IS WORKING AGAIN and we did not have to pay anything close to what other companies were trying to charge us (in the thousands). I was impressed with how honest he was.
