Timber Ridge Fence

Timber Ridge installed a privacy fence at our home in July of 2025. While the install was great we have contacted Timber Ridge several times concerning rotting and splitting of some of the materials that were used. We have even provided pictures of the aresa of concern and we have not received any response. Based on this company's lack of response to our issues I would not recommend using this company. At this point I am forced to file a complaint with the BBB to request their assistance in addressing our concerns.

Timber Ridge Fence Company was so easy to work with. Craig was very knowledgeable and gave us a variety of options for our fence. Jessica was also a big help with breaking down our contract and helping with any changes we needed to make. The crew had our fence up in one day and they were super friendly. Great quality work.

Timber Ridge (specifically Craig) have been really great to work with. They were competitively priced and were able to get us scheduled in a timely manner. The fence removal/install went perfect and looks amazing! I was referred to them by a friend and I would highly recommend them.

Great Craftsmanship! - It all started with an experienced sales guy (Craig) fully understanding our needs and quoting aggressively to win our business. I had 6 companies come out and bid and their competitive price and short lead time won me over. Next came their project manager/office folks that kept me informed on what day and time they would be arriving. Seriously, they called me one week prior just to make sure the day would still work for me. Finally Marco the installer, who works for Timber Ridge, was a "finish carpenter" who involved me in multiple decisions just to make sure it went perfect, which it did. ** This is an edit to my earlier review. When they put up my fence they nailed a sign on my fence with their logo and phone number. I removed the sign. This was two months ago. Today I am out mowing the lawn and see their sign back up. Someone from the company literally came back after I removed the first sign and nailed up a sign again, causing more nail holes in my fence and I can’t get two of the nails out and it has plastic stuck behind it from their sign and now looks terrible! Stop putting your ad on my fence unless you are going to pay me! I paid a lot for this fence so stop advertising on it please and leave my property alone!
