Scott was so thorough and explained everything he was seeing in person on the day of inspection. His report was broken down in a way that was easy to reference for both us and contractors, complete with pictures of any concerns. Fortunately for us, Scott uncovered numerous costly defects which ultimately led to cancelation of the deal as we were now too far apart from the seller on price. While I am disappointed that the house did not work out, I am thankful that we did not end up on the hook for what exceeded $100k in repairs. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the future.
