My fiancé and I have lived in our home for 3 years and last year in the Winter, a hole reopened in our roof that had been a problem for the previous owners. We spent months trying to find a good company who could help us since we are young, first time home owners. A lot of companies had high prices and were not interested in possibly doing only half the roof. When we contacted Timbercrest, they responded right away and scheduled a time with us for a project manager to come out discuss our project needs. Tim was super professional and pragmatic when it came to our situation, and made a variety of estimates for us based off what work could be done. We chose Timbercrest Roofing and Siding to replace our aging roof because of the professionalism and knowledge of Tim our Project Manager/ sales rep and because of the Certainteed Certification level they have earned. Every person who has come to our home as part of this project has been courteous and professional from the supplier that delivered the materials to the guy who delivered and removed the dumpster to the crew who replaced our roof including the young men who were recently hired as ground crew! These guys Joe, Gary, Brandon and Connor worked their tails off through snowy cold weather and they did not complain at all. I am thrilled with the job that this crew did on our home and I would certainly hire them again! They did a beautiful roofing job with a great warranty.

Amazing experience! We had hail damage a few years ago that our insurance company wouldn't replace. I had another contractor replace my roof from the damage, but then ghosted us when we wanted to work with them for our siding.
