Timberlake Cabinetry

They put cabinets in my new home. Some of the drawer fronts turned yellowish immediately. And most of my drawers have a knick in the same place, like the drawer boxes came out of the factory with a knick in every drawer box in the same place. Manufacturer error of some sort. Still others have big scrapes of splintered wood inside the drawer box. They did replace yellowing drawer fronts and ones with big scrapes on inside, but not all the ones with the defect on the outside of the drawer box in the same place. Problem is they have been here 3 times and never show up with the right drawer boxes etc. And for my fourth and supposed to be last appointment, they were a no show and now not returning calls.

Purchased a home with Timberlake as contractors for the cabinets. Closed on the house with cabinets not finished due to their appointments being three weeks out. Multiple appointments have been made and Timberlake either comes and does not have the right tools to fix the cabinets or they just don’t come at all. A person from their company has come to our house and taken pictures of the cabinets to ensure the workers know what needs to be fixed but somehow they show up and aren’t prepared. We have nails sticking out of the cabinets where the shoe molding was. Scratches everywhere and the face of the cabinets are warped and on the knee wall. This company is very hard to get in touch with and their communication is awful. I would not recommend using them.
