Shopped around but landed at Timberland and glad we did! Overall, a great experience. Settled on Hallmark Serenity Bliss flooring. We were anticipating more of an even look, but some boards came from the factory very dark and not to our liking. Timberland came back and replaced some and we were much more satisfied. As you can see from the pictures, the variation on some of the remaining boards is quite stark, even though Hallmark advertises this as "Bliss Oak is a CLEANPLUS Grade, meaning planks have limited pronounced color, variation and contrast." Timberland's owner, Ken, came out and helped us choose some more prominent ones to replace. Office staff to owner to installers to finishers, Timberland is great! Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with Timberland hardwood flooring from start to finish. All employees were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The floors in our home had been covered with carpet for years. When carpet was removed, there was extensive damage in some areas of the floor. In one bedroom, it appeared a plant had set on the floor, hence the water damage. I was skeptical that they could be fixed, but as seen in the photos, there is no comparison between before and after. I am very pleased with the flooring. We went with the stain of red Sedona and love the color. Thank you, Timberland for all your hard work.

Timberland came in for a leaky washer vs. hardwood floor situation we had (where the washer won). We feared the worst, but were quickly reassured by their expertise and professional opinions and suggestions. When the team came out to perform the work...they were diligent and respectful. Communication never lacked (rather the opposite). Every interaction with ANY teammate was enjoyable and beneficial. Thanks for making our floors even more beautiful and bringing vibrancy and life into our hickory.

Timberland Floors did an amazing job with our refinish. From the bidding process to the very end of the project they were so responsive and easy to work with. This project could have been very overwhelming, but with their guidance and reassurance, it went as smoothly as it possibly could. Their attention to every detail and quality of work is unmatched. I had Timberland Hardwood Floors refinish the original 1950s golden oak in my bedrooms, and they did an amazing job. The flooring had gashes, paint, and drywall mud on it, but they made it look brand new. They were responsive, prompt, and their work was top-notch. Highly recommend them!
