I had tree fail in my back yard on Memorial Day Ruiz show up to give me estimate 40 min after I called him. I did 3 more estimates just to research the prices around. His price was almost twice cheaper compared to another company’s . He was able to switch his schedule and come back the next day to complete the job, he even when above and beyond by offering to cut the second dead tree( much smaller) for same price. Very professional and efficient service .Now days there is not so many honest business out there, everyone try to rip off, I highly recommend Ruiz to everyone who like to save some time, money and get the job done.

Carlos is specialized arborist, I watched in amazement as he was safe, quick, and above else professional in his craft. Best and brightest Vallejo has to offer, I’d recommend to family, close friends, and neighbor alike. Watching him work with his crew was really a show and art at the same time.

Warning — be extremely cautious with this company! I hired this company to remove two trees and paid a deposit of $2,300. Immediately after I paid, they blocked my phone number and removed their contact information. Their listed business address appears to be a residential address. I have filed a police report and intend to pursue a civil claim in Solano County Small Claims Court. If anyone else has had a similar experience, please comment or DM me — and consider reporting to the Better Business Bureau and local consumer protection agencies.

Carlos is awesome. Good communication. Great value. They exceeded my expectations. They finished ahead of schedule. They just worked, no wasting time. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.
