I highly recommend Tim! He replaced the broken flush valve on our toilet and also did a few extras like tightening the floor bolts and neatly caulking around where the water line comes out of the wall. He also took the time to explain to us how the parts wear over time, how long the repair should last, and the signs of a failing part. We had expressed an interest in doing the repair ourselves in the future, and he took the time to explain each step of the repair and even wrote out instructions. When we further questioned him about how to drain our hot water tank, he took further time to explain step by step how to do that while I videoed him. And he only charged us for 30 min!
