My husband and I worked with Timeless Kitchens to design and purchase our new kitchen in 2020. From start to finish, we were blown away by the professionalism and level of care that Cheryl, Emily & Dag put into their work. Emily and Cheryl had excellent suggestions starting with the overall design and layout of our kitchen, down to the smallest details such as drawer placement and hardware. They graciously worked within our budget to find materials that we love and that work with our lifestyle. Emily was available to us any time we had questions, and she consistently provided thoughtful solutions to any concerns that came up during the construction process. I had difficulties with this business... This is a store front for a carpenter, who owns the business "Timeless...", and whom one does not see initially, or perhaps even at all. This contributed to my annoyances and difficulties in trying to get the job done, and done correctly. However, when the owner showed up, or when the carpentry team was called upon to do good work, they could do - and often did do - a very fine job. I was redoing my entire upstairs bath, along with flooring. My issue with the company had more so to do with the personal 'upfront', at the Timeless store itself, and less so with the carpenters. However, even the owner himself could be at times stiff necked and adverse.... At the very end of the project I experienced the staff actually lying to me over an importan
