We had Times Up repair some termite damage on a house we bought in Fremont. This picture is how they left the house - completely exposed during rainy season. To compound matters they failed to tell anyone they were leaving it in this state, so we got water and mold damage. (And at the time we had a 3 year old and my wife was almost due with our 2nd - this became a pretty serious health hazard for my family quickly.) When we pursued a remedy with them, they completely hid behind their contract language, changed their story several times about who they spoke with and what work was agreed upon. Times Up Termite was recommended to me by one of my neighbors when I needed an inspection and some old trim and a door replaced on my home. I did not have termites (yay!) and I got my quote for the repairs. They were slightly delayed in transit coming from previous worksites but they were still in the timeline they provided and most importantly communicative. They were excellent in describing what they were working on, how things were getting replaced, and professional in how they got it done. They were even able to get an excellent match to the paint on my house, most of which has been battered by the sun for several decades. They came on the wrong time multiple days and when they did gome they refused to do the work due to some plywood in the crawl space. The communication was very poor and unprofessional. I switched to valley view pest which was much more reasonable and easy to work with.

I talked to Mike on the phone, he was very helpful, answered every question and responded to every concern. We together figured out that I should get a free limited inspection. I also had Terminex, another local company, and Orange Oil come to take a look. Times Up Termite was the only company to come on time. Times Up readily explained each problem and I felt VERY informed when they left. I told them problem areas that Terminix found, only to find out that it was water damage and not termite damage. I looked it up online at the end of the day and confirmed everything Times Up told me. I will trust Times Up Termite every time I suspect termites and recommend them to everyone!
