Tim Parks Roofing is incredibly responsive and professional. I called to have my Solar panels Tarped two days Before hurricane Milton and he came the next day. I can’t thank him enough.

I hired Tim to replace my soffit and he did excellent work! He is also very knowledgeable about the building code and very detailed in his work. I hired him to paint my house as well and I love it! I'll highly recommend him to friends and family!

Went to France for an extended period (6 months), got a call from our kind neighbor who told me that the roof leaked through the gulley where the angle of the roof changed. I have a concrete tile roof, 50 years old! Being 3500 miles away I contacted my good friend Mr. Google who gave me a list of roofers in the Orlando area. Called several, they were either too busy, not interested or too expensive. Then I called Timothy, explained my problem, he came to the house, my neighbor let him in, we agreed on the price for the MAJOR repair. When I came back home, the roof was repaired. Perfect! Timothy came by later to assure my satisfaction, had a nice talk and left. Good work and a very pleasant contact.

Our commercial property experienced significant roof damage due to the work of Timothy Parks' roofing company back in 2023. For over a year, Mr. Parks has been completely unresponsive to our attempts to resolve this issue. His lack of accountability and failure to address the damage has been incredibly frustrating and costly for our business. We were left with a ruined roof and no communication from him. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services. It's also worth noting that Mr. Parks has been leaving a series of fake 1-star reviews on our business page this morning, clearly demonstrating a pattern of unprofessional and retaliatory behavior.

Tim gets back to you quickly and is very accomidating on when he can meet you at your house whether it is early (before work) or late (after work). I had roof damage after Hurricane Milton and was very quick to get out there and do the repair. I highly recommend Timothy Parks Roofing.
