We had a fantastic experience with Tim and his team. They upgraded our residential electrical panel and added four additional fixtures all in one day, with very minimal downtime during the power switchover. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The team was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Tim was super responsive throughout the process, and Ryan, Pete, and Mikey did excellent work onsite. They even came back the following day after the panel upgrade to make sure our microwave was on its own dedicated circuit and added an extra circuit for a future wine fridge at no additional cost.

Tim and his crew upgraded our 1970s home to 200-amp service, including replacing the underground wiring from the street, removing the old main electrical service line, and installing a new one - through the garage attic! They also installed a new meter and carefully organized all the wiring and breaker switches. On top of that, they completed all new electrical wiring for our kitchen renovation and half bath. This was a major project and the work was absolutely seamless. Mike and the crew left the basement impeccably clean after everything was finished. Tim coordinated the entire service switchover in just one day—another company told us it could take up to six weeks! Fantastic work. We couldn’t be happier!

I needed an electrician and browsed for one in Tewksbury and Timothy Santos was listed. Reviews were excellent so I thought I'd give them a try. Well, they met expectations! Pete and Ryan installed 2 ceiling lights/fans for me and the job was done perfectly. I was ready for a big bill and was pleasantly surprised - a very very fair price. I strongly recommend them. Next time I need an electrician I'll know who to call. Thanks guys :-)

I had an emergency situation and called Timothy, He sent someone out same day as soon as he could (which was quicker than i expected). Mike was the was the electrician sent. Super pleasant guy very helpful and knowledgeable. Explained things to me, found the problem pretty quickly. Took care of it in about 40 minutes. I highly recommend Timothy Santos Electric. They are upbeat, friendly, professional and a pleasure to have in your home! They covered all the furniture and cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they were there. I will definitely use them again!
