I ordered carpet for my living room and hallway about two years ago because we had excellent service from Tim’s carpet previously I decided to go with them again. Within a month after I have my carpet installed, it started rising up in the middle of the living room floor. And there’s ridges all the way down the hallway and everything now it looks horrible. I called them when it happened and I got no response. He told me while I would have to pay somebody to come out and stretch it because it was not their responsibility. I even went to the better business bureau and I got no response back and they got no response back. I wish I had went with a different company because this carpet looks horrible and it’s starting to come up in bridges down the hallway and all over the whole entire living r

This place is the best. We called to have carpet Installed in our house so we would be ready to sell it. Within 3 days our carpet was installed and looks GREAT. The sales staff was easy to deal with and the carpet installers did a fantastic job and cleaned everything up. Thank you so much for a well run store.

I originally was going to have one floor re-carpeted in home. I walked into Tim's Carpet and was immediately greeted by Slav. He was friendly and professional. He showed me what my options were and provided a couple of samples. When I contacted him about coming out to do measurements he and the owner came out to the house, took the measurements and gave me an estimate on site. I asked if they had time to give me an estimate on another part of my home and they were able to do that as well. He was able to schedule a day to do the whole project all in one go. His crew showed up on time and they worked tirelessly to remove the old carpet and padding and get the new carpet and padding down. The crew were all friendly and professional and we couldn't be happier with the work done.
