We suffered multiple floods in our basement and Tim’s always rose to the occasion. Whether we needed our carpet cleaned, restoration, products, or assistance in our struggles we always received compassionate help. I highly recommend this business.

I have placed several calls into this business and have left two voicemails and have spoke to someone twice on the phone after no call back from the voicemails that were left and both times I was told that one of their feild workers will call me to set up an appointment to come in and assess the job yet no one has called so i wouldn't send anyone to this business for anything beings how they can't even do simple tasks like returning calls or even picking up a phone and dialing and number.

Had a major flood of our downstairs. Tim's was out quickly and did a masterful job. They kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. We appreciated the daily calls which allowed us to make our own plans for the day. They worked long hard hours and were always considerate and polite.

Multiple calls to this recommended business. I once got a full mail box message but other times I left voice mails with no return call over a period of weeks. EDIT: I finally received a call back but given the communications issues, I won't be using this business.

We used Tim's Cleaner Carpets during our move for both our new and our old house. They were easy to schedule, surprisingly affordable and they did a great job deep cleaning the carpets. Would definitely recommend!
