Devin came out today to finish my thermostat plate. He is very polite and professional and he was extremely good and patient with my huge dog. I definitely recommend Tim’s Southern Air to everyone. They are awesome at what they do and never had to wait. Thank you for being such amazing group of people I will never go anywhere else.

Cade Abercrombie was our technician, and he did a fantastic job. Over the past two and a half years, we have spent more than $2,000 dealing with repeated outages caused by a thermostat wire that continually tripped the breaker. Each time, the issue was “fixed” temporarily, only to return, costing us about $400 per visit without ever addressing the root cause. Cade took the time to properly diagnose the problem and offered a permanent solution that did not cost us an arm and a leg. Because of the tight space between our house and fence, the old wire was frequently bumped, which would immediately blow the breaker. Cade completely resolved this issue by installing a new, protected wire in conduit. He even demonstrated that the conduit could be pulled or bumped without causing any problems.

The visit with Kyle was OK but he told me a roofer would be coming out on Friday to fix the issue and I stayed home all day. Didn’t get a call and no one showed up.

Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant work with. He didn't try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want; he simply presented the options and let me decide what I wanted done. That means a lot these days. He also called to let me know that he would be running a little late. I highly recommend him. I only needed a quote, but there's a good chance I'll go with them.

Cody was punctual and personable. He thoroughly checked my system and informed me of what he found. We discussed my thermostat being a little outside of the parameters of normal operation and I decided to replace it. Cody checked his truck for one and installed promptly. I am pleased with the service I received. Thanks!
