Tip Top Chimney Sweep

Paid $160 for 15 mins of their time - stove was not thoroughly cleaned, left mess on the floor and catalytic exchange not vacuumed out. Service tech was clearly annoyed when I asked him for some feedback on what he found during the cleaning, couldn’t be bothered to answer the question and left. I have been trying to get the owner to return my call now since yesterday morning. Will cancel the check we wrote and give our business to another company,

I can't speak to how well they cleaned the chimney liner for our stove- however after they came (august 2024) the stove's airflow decreased and would fill with smoke, making it both dangerous and barely usable. After removing the fire bricks and looking up into the liner i discovered the insulation that should be above the firebricks in the stove was wadded up into a ball and stuffed into the liner. This could have literally killed us with CO poisoning. I can not recommend them in the least.

Steve and his family crew came as scheduled and on time! They performed professionally a tough slope roof job, running a new liner, repiped the furnace and repointed the bricks. All good -- great people and great job! Thank you. 6 stars if they have it!

Steve and his crew did the roof work to install a metal chimney for my wood stove and did a fantastic job! The price was very reasonable. The thing that stands out about this company is that they are really well-organized. Right now, it is hard to get skilled services, but Steve will actually call you back and communicate with you. He was booked up when I called but willing to schedule me for a date down the line. On that day, the crew showed up exactly when they said they would. 5 stars all the way.

Steve is a top notch guy. His helpers are very fast, efficient, and clean. You can't beat his prices. And he's been doing it forever you can tell. Definitely recommend him for all your chimney and stove needs.
