The young lady came out right away yesterday to check out my furnace problems . She worked for hours to address several issues with the system. Now my furnace is working so much better , so much quieter and warmer then it has ever been since i owned the place . When i got the bill, i was surprised at how reasonable the charges were . They really went above and beyond my expectations and would definitely be the 1st place i call

Our experience with Leah today was outstanding. This is the kind of business that you don’t see much of these days….family owned AND operated, cost friendly, reliable, efficient, and professional. She even tried to troubleshoot it with us over the phone to save us a service fee. People don’t do that these days but she did. The cost to look & fix our furnace was so much better than what we were quoted from other companies just to look at it. I hope this company stays around and gets the business they deserve. If you find them online like we did trust me when I say CALL them and thank me later😉.

After the power went out this past Monday our furnace seemed broken. When I called the nice woman walked me through resetting the furnace for FREE on the phone, everywhere else I called planned on charging me $100 just to come look at it. I cant thank Tip Top enough for their help and I will be calling them for all future needs.
