We thoroughly enjoyed working with Chris at Tip Topp Lawns for our landscaping needs. They are friendly, professional, communicate well and always had our best interest at heart. This is truly a one of a kind company that goes above and beyond.

WARNING: The owners will do the job incorrectly, take your money, and run. They won’t respond and won’t come fix what they never did right. I had their landscape team come out to work on my yard last fall. Their job was to remove around 5 garden beds, all plants, all rocks and debris, and plant grass seed. I requested I be home when they do the job but they came when I was away on a vacation. When I returned, they were almost done with the job, and all of the dirt was laid down and grass seed and hay. Fast forward to this spring. As the winter weather passed and as the spring rain has begun, their dirt they put down has started to shift only to find that they did not remove any of the rocks/bricks around my garden bed, and they didn’t remove the roots of any of the plants. Had Tip Topp Lawns install drains in our backyard where we had some drainage issues and also redo some grading and lay down new grass seed. Chris and the crew did an absolutely amazing job and ensured everything was done right. Would definitely go with Tip Topp Lawns for all of my landscaping needs!
