There was an issue with my heating unit, I contacted Titan and they scheduled me for an appointment the following day. Two technicians came to my home , Mathew and Freddy, both were very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly were able to fix the problem and the charge was very reasonable. Trust is a very important factor and I believe this company is very trustworthy. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC issues.

The condensation from a wall mounted mini-split AC unit, in our ADU, was leaking down the wall from behind the unit and not draining out the condensation drain pipe. Brandon and Matthew showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue, proposed several options to resolve it, and then very professionally and efficiently fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. Excellent service! Brandon arrived on time, fixed the damaged air handler, added Freon, and made sure everything was running perfectly. He did quality work and was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. The cost was fair and easy to work with, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!
