Below I will give you a brief description of the problems that truck drivers encounter every time they arrive to load at Titan Pen, Medley, Florida. When you arrive at the scale, you sometimes have to wait 15 to 20 minutes or even longer for them to ask you for the truck number and begin processing your pickup approval. The order of arrival at the departure scale line is never taken into consideration; anyone leaves first. Except for some loaders, you constantly have to go back to dump or get more material because weight discrepancies. The employees working at the scale don't seem to care at all that the drivers have been on duty for more than 12 hours when we arrive here to pre-load.

I Recently performed some hearing testing at this facility and there are a lot of rude employees that work here. I treated everyone with respect and was friendly with them. From both inside the offices and people who work outside. When did people stop saying good morning? I will not be returning next year. Rude office employees. Not talking about everyone obviously, but a good chunk of people.

Well organized, and operated for the type of company that they are, the areas is spacious enough for the trucks to move around in and out freely..while employees are friendly with each other around the buildings.

Quick in and out for unloading, but there's no dock to pull in. They unloaded our trailer out side like a flat bed.
