Titan was subcontracted through an HVAC company I am having a Geothermal Heat Pump system installed. They had to dig two wells in less than ideal conditions due to the time of year- December. I'm writing this right after they left as I'm pretty fired up by their conduct. They may be good at drilling wells. They were awful at minimizing damage. Ted got here and showed me why he couldn't drive his drilling rig on my yard without it being plowed and his coworker told me they'd drop matts down once the surface snow was plowed. 5 min later or less Ted tried and got what he predicted- almost stuck- had to spin his tires to get out. Plowing came and the next day they showed up. They had matts propped up against my retaining wall and did not used them. Even after the plowing subcontractor

I had a new pump and wire installed by these clowns in 2021. Bottom to top a terrible job and it's still a mess 4 years later! They installed the pump with a wad of wire between the pump and the torque arrestor and it chaffed the wire. The torque arrestor was installed incorrectly causing the pump to bang against the well and crack the top of the pump. They installed a POS plastic check valve at the top of the pump that leaks. They cross threaded the drop pipe in multiple spots causing several leaks. I had wire guards/bumpers every few feet on my original pump, they reinstalled zero with the new pump. This caused the wire to chaff in multiple spots. The wires shorted to the casing and they had to return with two months later to splice the brand new wire. To boot, when I was setting up to p

Titan came to look at my washer that stopped working. They helped fix the drain and line to my washer that had frozen over. Mark was very knowledgeable and helped explain how I can prevent this in the future. Great service. Will hire again in the future.

I recently called Titan, and they were so nice and understanding. On the phone. The person they had come out was (Mr. Jamie) he took the time to explain everything to me, regarding my water filtration, walked me through everything and answered my questions I had. Mr. Jamie didn’t just do the job, he made sure he showed me the job was done right inside the house and outside the house were the Cap had come off the pipe. This company actually cares about their customers and I would highly recommend Titans Drilling Crop to family and friends.

We lost our water at 2:00 pm, the day before Thanksgiving, and I immediately called Titan in Arkville as I had used them a year before with great results. My intent was to get on their list for ‘maybe’ the day after the holiday. Within an hour of my call, they sent Ryan and Adam to the house and with flashlights, they got our water running by 5:00. I’ve lived on the mountain top for almost 23 years and there are only three good experiences I’ve had with local businesses. Titan is responsible for two of them. Customer service is excellent, and crew is professional, knowledgeable, and takes pride in their work. I can’t say enough good things about them.
