False advertising alert. This company claims to offer free estimates and no service call fees, but they charged me a $150 service fee. The business appears to be run by a group of very young individuals who lack professionalism and experience. I do not recommend them.
The installer - Andrew - was 100% polite & knowledgeable, and our new door was installed in a few hours. Price was reasonable. Admin/booking staff were helpful/friendly. No complaints and would fully recommend Titan.
