Titan Insulation & Rodent Control

Bought a new house that was vacant for a few years and had a total rat takeover of the attic and other areas. I got multiple bids to do the massive job of reclaiming the home as well as removal of nasty insulation and replacing all of it. They cleaned out, disinfected, deodorized, vaccummed everything and the guys put plastic around areas of the house to isolate. I can't say enough positive things about Titan. They were amazing. We had Titan exterminate roaches in our home in 2022 and haven’t seen a roach since. I’m thankful for the peace of mind their service provided to our family. I reached out to Titan on yelp after noticing some droppings in our attic and elsewhere. They called me back in well under 10 minutes of my email. Jordan was quick, professional and very easy to work with. A few minutes later and we scheduled an inspection and got everything rolling. Everyone I've interacted with at Titan has been great. The entire team is extremely professional and respectful. They do a fantastic job of combing over the place and getting every nook and cranny. Just a fantastic job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to get some pest control done.

Great service. I hire them cause i saw a dead rat outside in my backyard. But i think it turns out i dont have Rat problem's but better be safe than not. They charge me less than other companies and they did a great job in covering all attic holes and any hole had access for rats. They set traps in attic and garage but no rats found yet. It's almost three weeks. They came out a first time to check the traps. I definetely recommend them. Great work.
