Had a great experience with Jeff at Titan Mechanical. He was a direct and honest guy, didn't try to upsell us anything and wasn't "salesy", and was very helpful with any questions we had. Would certainly recommend and will use him in the future with any HVAC questions or concerns. We ordered a new AC unit through HSA home warranty and he made the process super seamless and easy.

In my opinion Jeff is the guy to go with for all your HVAC needs! He's honest and very knowledgeable. I recently had a huge job, I had a full boiler with water heater replacement. It took a little longer than expected, but it was totally understandable. I won't go into too many details but it was quite a job! It was also the beginning of AC season for him, so he juggled us with some AC customers. It was totally fine with us. He works so hard!!! I would recommend him every time! Thanks again Jeff! :)

Jeff was excellent, he was very helpful with getting us the information we needed in getting a new AC unit. We scheduled the call with Jeff and he was right on time and did a great job. I would HIGHLY recommend Titan Mechanical for any HVAC service you need.

Jeff from Titan came out & replaced out AC unit. He was super friendly & knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything & ensured we understood. He followed through on his time line & kept us up to date. I would definitely go with Titan for any future HVAC needs.

I would give 10 stars if I could!! Jeff came out on the hottest day and worked until almost midnight to get A/C for me and my kids! He explained everything and also offered tips on things I can do myself (single mom here) to prevent issues and save me money. I cannot express what a blessing it was for him to help us! Great guy, friendly, respectful and I felt the bill was more than fair! His card will never leave my fridge door! Thank you Jeff!
