Well, I can’t speak about their quality of work. I’m sure they do a great job but the door to door request wasn’t much appreciated. I had to investigate who was at my door because they left after 31 seconds of pressing the button. They rang the doorbell, causing our dog to bark, sleeping baby to start crying, I’m on a work call with a client who's dog heard my dog and began barking, pure chaos. The three stars aren’t even over that, feelings aside about door to door because I can appreciate the hustle…who are you? Why are you ringing my doorbell? After handling the dog and baby we opened the door to nothing. No business card, no flyer, no info. I had to hunt down the footage through our cameras to figure out who was at our door. I've been very impressed with Titan from beginning to end. My interaction with project manager Mike Jones was enlightening, informative, and even entertaining. I also appreciated the work done by Top Tier public adjusters. The entire process was cinched when the physical work began. Tues 11/11 the dumpster was delivered by Grindin Growin Grillin LLC and their driver did a masterful job of "threading the needle" while backing into my driveway. Wed 11/12 the crew showed at 7am and except for a mere 1/2hr break, they worked non-stop till 3. Andres, the foreman, introduced himself, kept me abreast of the progress being made, while also responding promptly and professionally to my questions. The roofing was complete! We had a good experience with Titan Roofing from beginning to end. Chance was very helpful and good about follow up. Jose was the on site supervisor and he was great. The workers were respectful of our property and took care to protect our flowers and shrubs. The office people responded in a timely manner when I had questions. Would definitely recommend this company.

Jose and his crew were absolutely amazing with the installation of our new roof!! They did an amazing job on cleaning up the nails and keeping our yard clean. They were all very respectful and friendly! Best crew ever!! Brian was great as well at explaining the process when we signed the contract! I can say I highly recommend this company to everyone! If you need your wife to deal with them while you are away I can say personally that I felt completely respected and was never talked to differently than my husband which was amazing!
