Titan Termite & Pest Control

One of the only companies my family has trusted to get rid of bugs for the past 10 years. I tried to get in contact with them to spray my new home and they never followed up with me or my landlord. Kinda disappointing but I will find a new company.

I’ve tried to reach out multiple times they said they would look into getting a bond set up. Never got any information. Never emailed me back. I feel bad for leaving a review but just no contact. I’ll just have to find another company

If I had paid this $303, that would bring my total up to $1926. Och! After talking to the gal in their accounts payable department (North Charleston office), it is evident that they're trying to behave like an Insurance company, but exempting themselves from the State regulations of the Department of Insurance. Semi-ok service, terrible customer service. When I tried to pay the people while they were here, they didn't accept. After service, the pests kept coming, even after they should have all 'evacuated', and when I waited for a letter to pay, it never came. Then, when I got a call telling me that I was late, the customer service person, kaira or something like that, was just yelling at me about how I was late paying, they were being very unprofessional, and accused me of being aggressive when answering, even though I tried to defuse her aggression and get to paying, she still was treating me like I was a criminal! Mark came to my house and explained everything and only then did a thorough check in the kitchen and the other rooms and used a practically odorless spray and did the entire home . Nice guy. And a combat decorated U.S. Marine. We were both in just different decades. Mark is a pro and very confident. I'll be using Titan from now on.
