Both men who came out were great. The one making the estimate and the one who did the work. Only down side is the cost was so crazy. It killed me. I have 2 toilets that move around still needing done. Then 2 bathroom faucets. But just the toilets are estimated at $1000. Without any extra issue they find and no new toilet included. So I will definitely have to get other estimates and it will be a long time before I can do it.

We had a heating issue. NO HEAT! I called Titanz Plumbing & AC at 8 am and was advised that they had availability this afternoon, which was great. Shortly thereafter, I was informed that a technician was available this morning, if someone could be home. Chris M. Was our technician and he was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. After 15 -30 minutes of testing, he identified the problem and quickly resolved it. We now have heat!!! Emergency call - No Heat! Titanz Plumbing & AC scheduled a visit this afternoon and was able to arrive here by 10:30 am. Chris M., our technician was polite, professional and knowledgeable. After about 15 minutes, he was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it! My heat is back on and all is well now 😊 I strongly recommend Titanz Plumbing & AC for your heating, AC & plumbing needs. I am pleased with TitanZ service. It is the second time I have had plumbing work done by them. Prices are reasonable and service is great. The staff are very knowledgeable. My technician told me what he was doing and why he was doing it when he ran into a minor complication.

Caleb put in a new hot water tank for me and also put a new shower head in my master shower. He was extremely professional and friendly. He also made sure to clean up afterwards. I would highly recommend TitanZ and Caleb to anyone who has plumbing needs. Their prices are also very reasonable.
