I found Tito Alcaraz Painting by looking at reviews and now that I have personally experienced working with Tito, I see why his company is so highly reviewed. I had my whole house painted and the siding replaced in my atrium. Jesus lead the first team and he quickly impressed me with his skill and the care he took with all of the preparation work prior to painting. My facia boards throughout the roof were put on my roofer and they paint job looked very rough with nails showing and joints poorly sealed. We hired Tito and his team after seeing them doing beautiful work on a house a few houses down on our street. I walked over and asked for a business card. We're extremely happy with the results. They painted the exterior of our home, installed new window frames and painted them, painted our veneer rock, installed new veneer, and installed a custom new louvre door. Tito and his team were professional, polite, and easy to communicate with. Their attention to detail was excellent and the quality of the work really shows. We were extremely pleased with the work that Tito Alcaraz and his crew did in our home recently. I interviewed five different paint contractors, and Tito came in with a very competitive bid, but he also impressed us with his knowledge, attention to detail and very good advice. We did our project in phases, so he first painted the entire exterior of our house, including the garage door, gutters, stucco walls, and very high eaves and trim, and it looks fabulous. The paint lines are clean, the coverage is even and smooth, and there was no overspray, drips or a mess to clean up. We then had him do the entire interior, including all the cabinetry in the kitchen, bathrooms and built-ins and it came out fantastic. Tito Alcaraz and his team saved us from a disaster of a project that was abandoned by our previous GC mid-way through construction. We used a yelp search to find him, since we needed help fast. Tito is licensed, he has lots of positive reviews, BBB accredited and Angie’s List recommended. Issues with the incomplete work were corrected, the project was done in a timely manner for a fair price. The workers were on time, left the place perfectly clean and were kind and communicative. When we needed an electrician, a tile specialist and an HVAC specialist Tito was able to make referrals for all of these services and each of those people did an amazing job too!
