Tito's lawn care and snow removal

Horrible horrible company/ person!!! My husband hired him to do our lawn care he requested his payment up front we gave him a check for 239$ that was cashed the very same day…. He did not contact us at all, after a week and half I contacted him over and over asking when he was coming because the plan was to come every Wednesday he finally answered and gave me an excuse saying his lawn mower was broken and a bunch more excuses I told him he needed to come or I wanted my money back. He showed up and did the worst job he could have possibly done…. That was about 2 in a half weeks ago. I have contacted him multiple times to ask him when he was coming back as he was paid up for a month. My husband attempted to contact him and found out we are both now blocked. I had contacted Tito about doing some spring cleanup since I wasn’t able to get my leaves up between time I moved into this house and the first snowfall. He had his son and nephew come out a few days later and the yard looks great again. Tito was very upfront on what he charges. It’s just nice to know I can depend on Tito and his team to get the job done and also for very reasonable price
