Titus did an excellent job at our house. Our well was making a lake in the back yard and we needed help immediately. They were quick to respond and very professional. Honestly, they are easily the best experience for a repair service I've had in a long time (zero stress). They pretty much came out within 24-48hrs, knocked the job out in 2 hrs, answered all my questions, and even took the time to show me some new things I wanted to know about my property's well. Very nice and caring people! Would highly recommend them.

A++ After waiting & "being on another Company's list" for 3 months, I had given up on preventative maintenance they recommended. The galvanized eventually started leaking inside & outside my poured basement wall. I called for 2 other estimates. Vaughn Titus answered 1st call, offered to come the same day...& DID, with the excavator & 2hrs later charged $140 under his $6-700 estimate! Great Father/Son team w/equipment to get it done.

My water stopped and I called them. They came out within hours and found my entire crawlspace full of water. They told me what needed done prior to them getting in there to investigate. When the area was suitable I called them again and they came right out, found and fixed the problem along with checking all the area and fixed a couple other pending issues to hopefully prevent more problems in the near future. They were very friendly, professional and reasonable. I will definitely call them again and recommend them highly.

called the father of the business at 6:30 after hours. He called me right back from his personal cell phone. He let me know his son would be out the following morning at 8:30 His son was there on time. Very professional. Got right to it and had the leak fixed in less than an hour. saved me from a flood in my basement. 6 stars!
