TIW Group - Two Companies, One Philosophy

As a builder I have dealt with several companies over the years for various trades and I have to say that they haven’t been many to beat TIW. Rhonda is always pleasant and accommodating to our scheduling needs. It is obvious she loves her job. Customer service is a big deal to me and she excels at it. The service techs are always great to work with a a well. Great company.

While the actual technician was fast and efficient he also lied and said the company could accommodate me on the weekend since "he arrived so late". The company itself is very unaccommodating. In today's world who does not have weekend hours....or is that just what was told to me. Maybe it was because I'm not a paying customer. I'm just a homeowner who happened to purchase from a builder who has a relationship with a less than caring company. Do not inconvenience them with your business. For the next 30 days my guests and I will be forced to see patches of white on the walls and ceilings of my new home because they failed to inform me of the actual repair time and they cannot be bothered on the weekends.

Don’t even think about calling, this company will waste your time and money with their poor communication and 120% guaranteed dishonest staff. Extremely Rude employees and bad practices. Will say and do anything to make you the customer look like the problem if anything went wrong. Their work is average and below, I’ve had better work done with others nothing worth this bad attitude and the nasty behavior from their staff.

The gentleman that came to touch up some nail pops and drywall did an awesome job. They were very polite and respectful. I am very appreciative of their attention to detail!
